INFER用法译评

【摘要】：Infer是英语语言行为动词,其用法特征看似简单,实则不然。不少英语为本族语言者对其某些用法有时也会产生混淆。关于infer和imply的用法争论历时几个世纪之久,而这在一般的辞书中又鲜有描述。本文拟从语义和语用的视角对该词及与之相关的词项作用法译评。
[Abstract]:"Infer" is a verbal verb in English language. Its usage features seem simple, but it is not. Many native English speakers sometimes get confused about some of their usage. The debate over the use of infer and imply has been going on for centuries, which is rarely described in general dictionaries. This paper intends to comment on the translation of the word and its related terms from the perspective of semantics and pragmatics.
