【摘要】：本次翻译报告内容摘自著作《水安全:原则、论点和实践》(Water Security—Principles,Perspectives and Practices)的第二部分,属于文献类文本,原文《气候变化中的水安全》(Water Security in a Changing Climate)由迪克兰·康威(Declan Conway)所著。主要总结了关于水资源和气候变化的文献;追溯了水资源及气候变化研究的发展;提出了一种类型学研究来代表自21世纪初以来激增的研究。本翻译报告主要包含四个部分:第一部分是翻译项目的整体介绍,包括项目选题原因、意义及目标等;第二部分是关于翻译的译前准备,包括对原文的分析及理论支撑;第三部分为翻译报告的主要部分,即翻译过程,陈述了翻译过程中的主要难点以及相应的解决方法,针对主要用到的翻译策略做出了实例分析;第四部分为全篇报告总结,并针对待解决的问题引发了笔者相应的思考。本翻译报告将从术语选择和长难句的翻译技巧两方面进行深刻分析,在项目介绍、结构分析、项目背景阐述和总结翻译进程的框架下,全面立体地分析了气候变化中的水安全的翻译过程。这份翻译报告旨在为当前的水文研究提供可读的数据,并为国内水资源管理者提供一定的理论支撑。
[Abstract]:The translated report is taken from the second part of the book Water Security-Principlesi Perspectives and practices, which is a bibliographic text, original Water Security in a changing Climateby Declan Conway. This paper summarizes the literature on water resources and climate change, traces the development of water resources and climate change research, and proposes a typological study to represent the surge of research since the beginning of the 21st century. The translation report consists of four parts: the first part is the overall introduction of the translation project, including the reasons, significance and objectives of the project, and the second part is about the pre-translation preparation, including the analysis and theoretical support of the original text. The third part is the main part of the translation report, that is, the translation process, which describes the main difficulties in the translation process and the corresponding solutions, and makes an example analysis of the translation strategies mainly used. The fourth part is a summary of the whole report. And in view of the problem to be solved, the author thinks about it. This translation report will provide in-depth analysis in terms of terminology selection and translation techniques for long sentences, within the framework of project introduction, structural analysis, project background elaboration and summary of the translation process. The translation process of water security in climate change is analyzed in a comprehensive and stereoscopic way. The translated report aims to provide readable data for current hydrological research and theoretical support for domestic water resource managers.
