基于模糊综合评价的学前英语教师专业技能评估

【摘要】：模糊综合评价法能将模糊的、难以量化的问题确定化。在培训前,对学前英语教师专业技能的评估可从英语语言能力、英语教学能力、学前教育能力、教育科研能力四个维度展开,其结果有助于针对性地推出培训课程及培养模式。本文以某一期培训学员为例,以评估得分为依据提出针对性的培训建议。
[Abstract]:The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can determine the fuzzy and unquantifiable problems. Before training, the evaluation of pre school English teachers' professional skills can be carried out from four dimensions: English language ability, English teaching ability, preschool education ability and educational research ability. The results are helpful to introduce training courses and training models. For the first time, the trainees take the training score as the basis and provide specific training suggestions.
