论对外政治话语体系的创建与翻译——再谈《求是》英译

【摘要】：对外政治话语体系建设主要靠话语体系的创建单位和翻译单位来协作完成。话语创建的国际适用度越高,话语翻译的有效性就越好;话语创建的中国特色越浓,话语翻译的异化倾向就会越重,译文与受众的距离就会越远。当中国特色的政治话语体系与西方受众相遇时,往往会产生信息迷失与空白,需要话语体系的翻译单位通过各种技术手段来弥补。本文通过对《求是》英文版中文原文的剖析和英文翻译过程中实际案例的分析,从话语构建和话语翻译两个角度阐明,如何通过提高原文的外宣适应性和译文的连贯可读性,来构建国际社会能听得懂、易理解的对外政治话语体系。
[Abstract]:The construction of foreign political discourse system mainly depends on the creation of discourse system and translation units. The higher the international applicability of discourse creation, the better the effectiveness of discourse translation, and the stronger the Chinese characteristics of discourse creation, the more dissimilation tendency of discourse translation will be, and the farther the distance between the target text and the audience will be. When the political discourse system with Chinese characteristics meets the western audience, it often produces information loss and blankness, which requires the translation units of the discourse system to make up for it through various technical means. Based on the analysis of the English version of Qiushi and the analysis of practical cases in the process of English translation, this paper expounds how to improve the adaptability of the original text and the readability of the target text from the perspectives of discourse construction and discourse translation. To build a system of foreign political discourse that can be understood and easily understood by the international community.
