融资类文本英汉翻译实践报告

【摘要】：本文选取两篇英文文本《创业101—如何通过众筹成功地开创事业》和《商业借贷(卷一)》作为语料,进行英汉翻译实践,在此基础上撰写翻译实践报告。这两本书均属商业题材,旨在通过介绍美国众筹融资和多种贷款途径,为创业者提供创业资金来源。对这类商业文本的翻译不仅能介绍国外的创业方法与经验,有助于为国内创业者提供借鉴,而且也能够丰富创业领域相关文本的翻译,为研究人员提供新的研究方向。笔者在翻译过程中,以纽马克“文本类型理论”为指导,针对英汉两种语言和文化的差异,结合语义翻译和交际翻译方法,采用词性转换、句子分拆与合并等技巧,处理融资类文本翻译中的难点,使译文尽可能传神地再现原文思想和内容。
[Abstract]:This paper selects two English texts "Entrepreneurship 101- how to successfully start a Business by crowdfunding" and "Business Lending (Volume 1)" as the corpus to carry out English-Chinese translation practice, and then write a translation practice report on this basis. Both books are about business and are designed to provide a source of venture capital for entrepreneurs by introducing American crowdfunding and multiple ways of lending. The translation of this kind of commercial text can not only introduce foreign entrepreneurial methods and experiences, but also enrich the translation of relevant texts in the field of entrepreneurship and provide a new research direction for researchers. In the process of translation, under the guidance of Newmark's "text Type Theory", aiming at the differences between English and Chinese languages and cultures, combining semantic translation and communicative translation, the author adopts such techniques as part-of-speech conversion, sentence splitting and merging. To deal with the difficulties in the translation of financing texts, so that the original ideas and contents can be reproduced as vividly as possible.
