【摘要】：中国“一带一路”倡议促进了中国与“一带一路”沿线国家的经贸合作,有助于提升中国对外开放水平和国际影响力。该倡议自提出以来,被各大外媒争相报道。本报告取材于二十家外媒网站对中国“一带一路”的报道,包括美国的Out-Law,Review Seeker,Diplomat;新加坡的Yahoo!Singapore;印度的The Hindu,Express India;加拿大的The Stars,Global Research;阿曼的The National等。本报告主要介绍“一带一路”政论文翻译过程所遇到的问题及其解决策略,围绕“一带一路”政论文标题、词汇和句子的汉译分析所使用的翻译方法。论文举例论证了“一带一路”政论文标题的直译和意译,“一带一路”政论文词汇的专有名词和缩略词的译法以及“一带一路”政论文句子的增译法,转换法,拆句法和重组法,力求在翻译实践中总结收获与不足,对今后的翻译实践有所启发。
[Abstract]:China's "Belt and Road" initiative has promoted economic and trade cooperation between China and the countries along the "Belt and Road", and has helped to enhance China's openness to the outside world and its international influence. The initiative has been reported by various foreign media since it was put forward. The report is based on reports on China's "Belt and Road" by 20 foreign media sites, including Out-Law Review Seeker Diplomat in the United States; Yahoo Singapore in Singapore; the Hindu-Express Indiain India; the Starsberg Global Research in Canada; and the National in Oman. This paper mainly introduces the problems encountered in the process of translating "Belt and Road" political papers and their solutions, as well as the translation methods used in the translation and analysis of the titles, vocabulary and sentences of "Belt and Road" political papers. Examples are given to illustrate the literal and free translation of the title of "Belt and Road", the translation of proper nouns and acronyms of "Belt and Road", and the addition and conversion of sentences in "Belt and Road". In order to sum up the achievements and shortcomings in translation practice, it can enlighten the translation practice in the future.
