茶学岗位对于英语毕业生的需求分析

【摘要】：茶文化是我国文化的重要组成部分,我国的茶文化历史悠久、博大精深。我国不仅是产茶之地,其中的茶文化也广泛流传于世界各地。随着经济全球化的发展趋势,茶叶市场也呈现出多样化的发展,茶叶市场也从国内发展到国际市场。而随着国际贸易交往的日趋频繁,我国茶行业对人才提出了更高的要求,导致急缺茶学岗位人员,而且在职的茶学岗位人员缺少专业的茶学知识,没有较高的茶艺技能,不能满足茶叶市场的发展要求。在茶叶国际化的发展道路上,语言成为了经济交易的主要障碍,而现今,世界通行英语,在茶叶市场更急需英语水平较高、茶学专业较强的高素质人才。因此,本文分析了茶学岗位对于英语毕业生的需求,并针对其中出现的问题,提出了相关的建议。
[Abstract]:Tea culture is an important part of Chinese culture. Our country is not only the place where tea is produced, but also the tea culture is widely spread all over the world. With the development trend of economic globalization, tea market also presents diversified development, tea market has also developed from domestic to international market. With the increasingly frequent international trade exchanges, the tea industry in our country has put forward higher requirements for talents, resulting in an acute shortage of tea-learning posts, and the lack of professional tea knowledge and higher tea skills among the in-service tea workers. Can not meet the development requirements of the tea market. On the way of the development of tea internationalization, language has become the main obstacle of economic transaction. Nowadays, in the tea market, there is an urgent need for high-quality talents with high English level and strong tea specialty. Therefore, this paper analyzes the demand for English graduates in tea studies, and puts forward some suggestions for the problems.
