【摘要】:《英语教学中的教材和教法:教师用书》的第三版全面介绍了英语教学与教学法发展的新动态,并与应用语言学领域结合,是英语教师把握全局、兼顾细节,在教学中运筹帷幄的良师益友。通过对该书的翻译,可以向中国教师和师范院校学生介绍先进的英语教学理念和教学法,有助于他们创造性地应用到教学实践中,促进中国英语教学的改革和发展。在该翻译报告中,笔者主要是在著名翻译家尤金?奈达的功能对等理论指导下,讨论在实际翻译过程中词汇层面和句子层面所用到的具体翻译技巧,以及在语篇层面通过分析原文中语法衔接手段的使用来调整译文,以实现功能对等理论对翻译的要求。该翻译报告由六部分组成:第一部分为翻译缘起。第二部分简述了所选文本的作者和内容以及翻译文本的特点和难点。第三部分简述了翻译过程。第四部分是翻译理论基础,简单介绍了本次翻译实践中所用到的功能对等理论、功能对等理论指导下的翻译标准和翻译原则及如何将理论与翻译实践结合。第五部分翻译实践案例分析主要探讨了在功能对等理论指导下,从词汇层面、句子层面详细描述了翻译过程中为达到功能对等而使用的翻译技巧,如词汇层面使用的增词译法、重复法、省词译法和词性转换法,句子层面使用的分译法、换序译法和转态译法,以及在语篇层面通过分析原文中照应、替代、省略、连接等语法衔接手段的使用来调整译文,以达到对等的目的。第六部分总结了翻译过程中的收获、不足以及所获得的启示。笔者希望通过本次翻译实践对同类文本的英译汉提供可借鉴的经验。
[Abstract]:The third edition of the textbook and Teaching method in English Teaching: teacher's Books comprehensively introduces the new trends of English teaching and teaching methods, and combines them with the field of applied linguistics. A mentor and friend in teaching. Through the translation of the book, the advanced English teaching ideas and teaching methods can be introduced to Chinese teachers and normal college students, which will help them to apply them creatively to the teaching practice and promote the reform and development of Chinese English teaching. The second part briefly describes the author and content of the selected text and the characteristics and difficulties of the translated text. The third part briefly describes the process of translation. The fourth part is the theoretical basis of translation, briefly introduces the functional equivalence theory used in this translation practice, translation standards and translation principles under the guidance of functional equivalence theory and how to combine the theory with translation practice. The fifth part is a case study of translation practice. Under the guidance of functional equivalence theory, this paper describes in detail the translation techniques used to achieve functional equivalence in the process of translation, such as the addition of words at the lexical level, at the lexical and sentence levels. Repetition, word-saving translation and part-of-speech translation, translation at sentence level, transposition and transposition, and the use of grammatical cohesive devices such as anaphora, substitution, ellipsis, and conjunction in the text are used to adjust the target text at the textual level. In order to achieve the goal of reciprocity. The sixth part summarizes the harvest, deficiency and enlightenment of translation. Through this translation practice, the author hopes to provide lessons for English-Chinese translation of similar texts.
