【摘要】:如今,科技新闻成为了获取先进科学技术的重要渠道。作为世界上使用最广泛的语言之一,英语在科技新闻文本中占据着绝对优势。因此,英汉科技新闻翻译的重要性愈发凸显。本报告从生态翻译学角度探讨科技新闻翻译,并尝试提出相应的翻译技巧,以解决翻译实践中出现的问题。生态翻译学认为,最佳的翻译需要依靠从语言维、文化维、交际维三个层面进行选择性适应和适应性选择来实现。因此,科技新闻翻译也应从这三个维度来进行操作。具体来说,语言维的适应性选择和转换可通过零翻译、仿译、分译等翻译技巧,以解决缩略词、标题、长难句等的翻译。在文化维的适应性选择和转换方面,可使用直译和套译以处理文化对等和文化差异。对于交际维的适应性选择和转换来说,可通过增译、减译、转换来分别解决信息缺失、信息冗余和逻辑混乱的问题。生态翻译学作为科技新闻翻译的指导理论,为科技新闻翻译研究开辟了一个全新的视角。希望本报告能为科技新闻翻译以及其他类型的新闻翻译提供一些借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, science and technology news has become an important channel to obtain advanced science and technology. As one of the most widely used languages in the world, English occupies an absolute advantage in science and technology news texts. Therefore, the importance of English-Chinese science and technology news translation is becoming more and more prominent. This paper discusses the translation of science and technology news from the perspective of ecological translation, and tries to put forward the corresponding translation techniques in order to solve the problems in translation practice. According to the theory of ecological translation, the best translation depends on the selective adaptation and adaptive selection from three aspects: linguistic dimension, cultural dimension and communicative dimension. Therefore, the translation of science and technology news should be operated from these three dimensions. Specifically, the adaptive choice and conversion of language dimension can be solved by translation techniques such as zero translation, imitation translation and split translation to solve the problem of translation of acronyms, titles and long difficult sentences. In the aspect of adaptive choice and transformation of cultural dimension, literal translation and set translation can be used to deal with cultural equivalence and cultural differences. For the adaptive choice and transformation of communicative dimension, the problems of information loss, information redundancy and logic confusion can be solved by adding translation, subtracting translation and transforming respectively. As the guiding theory of science and technology news translation, ecological translation opens up a new perspective for the study of science and technology news translation. I hope this report can provide some reference for science and technology news translation and other types of news translation.
