制茶工艺英语的翻译难点及策略

【摘要】：随着当前茶叶在全球融合程度不断提升,当前人们对茶叶生产消费也有着品质上的要求,而想要实现茶叶产品的最佳价值和效果,就需要充分注重提升茶叶产品自身的品质,因此优化制茶工艺的发展成为茶叶生产过程中的重要要求。因此,如何才能突破制茶工艺英语的问题和不足,就极为必要。本文拟从制茶工艺英语的特点及形成过程分析入手,结合当前制茶工艺英语存在的翻译难点,从而探究制茶工艺英语的具体翻译策略。
[Abstract]:With the increasing degree of global integration of tea at present, people also have quality requirements for tea production and consumption. In order to realize the best value and effect of tea products, it is necessary to pay full attention to improving the quality of tea products themselves. Therefore, the development of optimized tea making process has become an important requirement in the tea production process. Therefore, how to break through the problems and shortcomings of tea craft English is extremely necessary. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and forming process of tea-making craft English, this paper aims to explore the translation strategies of tea craft English by combining the translation difficulties existing in the current tea-making craft English.
