医教协同培养基层护理人才的探索与实践

【摘要】：随着国家对基层医疗卫生体制改革的不断推进,基层医疗机构对护理人才质和量的需求将越来越高,为培养"下得去、留得住、用得上"高质量护理人才,高职护理专业应通过与基层医疗机构的深度合作,紧贴基层护理岗位需求,以校院合作为平台,通过医教协同联合培养实用性护理人才。
