电梯英语的特点及其翻译

【摘要】：电梯英语是科技英语的一个分支,它注重专业性、逻辑性、规范性和精确性,并且较多地使用一般现在时态,大量使用复合词、缩略语、非谓语动词、祈使句、被动语态、省略结构和惯用句型;电梯英语的翻译可分为理解、表达、核校三个阶段,在翻译过程中可以采用直译、删减、转换、拆译的翻译策略。
[Abstract]:Elevator English is a branch of science and technology English. It pays attention to professional, logical, normative and accurate, and uses a lot of compound words, acronyms, non-predicate verbs, imperative sentences and passive voice. The translation of elevator English can be divided into three stages: understanding, expressing and checking. In the process of translation, the strategies of literal translation, deletion, conversion and translation can be adopted.
