2016世界旅游城市市长论坛（节选）模拟口译实践报告

【摘要】：本文以2016年世界旅游城市市长论坛节选录音的模拟口译实践为报告内容,详细呈现了口译实践过程并根据口译录音和听写文稿对过程中遇到的问题进行归纳总结与反思。该报告的口译对象是以旅游为主题的国际会议,在全球瞩目的“一带一路”背景下会有更多更深入的发展与研讨,因而相关口译服务的需求也会增多,因而对此类题材口译的分析具有特殊的时代意义。口译过程的阐述主要包括会议内容、发言人与口译模式预测等会前准备、口译实施过程以及口译任务结束后对口译质量与表现的自我评估。同时,译者着重分析了在翻译中遇到的挑战,主要来自四个方面:非英语母语发言人的口音及其语言能力、文化与背景知识、发言人表述与语意模糊以及接力口译模式,通过正反两面的举例总结,提供了相应的应对策略与技巧。口译是个集合了多种因素的复杂过程,本文最后从口译员主体性的角度对从接受任务到顺利完成进行的反思总结,并分析了在对话口译中译员的角色定位,强调凸显口译员主观能动性发挥的重要性。
[Abstract]:Based on the simulated interpretation practice of the excerpt recordings of the 2016 World Tourism City Mayors' Forum, this paper presents in detail the process of interpretation practice and summarizes and reflects on the problems encountered in the process according to the audio recordings and dictation. The report is aimed at international conferences on the theme of tourism, and there will be more and more in-depth development and discussion in the context of "Belt and Road", which will lead to an increase in the demand for related interpretation services. Therefore, the analysis of this kind of interpretation is of special time significance. The interpretation of interpretation process mainly includes the content of the meeting, the prediction of the speaker and the interpretation mode, the implementation of the interpretation process and the self-evaluation of the interpretation quality and performance after the completion of the interpretation task. At the same time, the translator focuses on the challenges encountered in translation, mainly from four aspects: accent and language ability of non-native speakers, cultural and background knowledge, vagueness of speaker expression and meaning, and relay interpretation mode. Through both positive and negative examples, the corresponding coping strategies and skills are provided. Interpreting is a complex process which combines many factors. In the end, from the perspective of the interpreter's subjectivity, this paper summarizes the reflection from accepting the task to the successful completion, and analyzes the role orientation of the interpreter in the dialogue interpretation. Emphasis is placed on the importance of highlighting the subjective initiative of interpreters.
