教师自主支持行为对学生二语动机自我系统影响的结构分析

【摘要】：为了更清晰地了解学生动机是如何受教师自主支持行为的影响,本文构建了对教师自主支持行为与学生二语动机自我系统关系的假设模型,并运用结构模型方程,对西安某高校349名英语专业大学生进行了问卷调查。研究发现,教师自主支持行为对学生二语动机自我系统(如理想二语自我和二语学习体验)有显著影响。另外,二语动机自我系统在教师自主支持行为和学生二语动机间发挥中介作用。因此,在教学中,如果教师能够为学生提供足够的自主支持行为,则可以促进二语动机自我系统对于动机行为的转化,使学生表现出来更多的二语动机行为。
[Abstract]:In order to understand more clearly how students' motivation is influenced by teachers' autonomy support behavior, this paper constructs a hypothetical model of the relationship between teacher autonomy support behavior and students' second language motivation self-system, and uses structural model equation. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 349 English majors in a university in Xi'an. It is found that teachers' autonomous support behavior has a significant effect on students' second language motivation self-system (such as ideal second language self and second language learning experience). In addition, L2 motivation self-system plays an intermediary role between teachers' autonomous support behavior and students' second language motivation. Therefore, in teaching, if teachers can provide enough autonomous support to students, it can promote the transformation of L2 motivation self-system to motivation behavior and make students show more L2 motivational behaviors.
