翻译实践报告—目的论指导下的行政法律文本英译实践探索

【摘要】：近几年食品安全问题频发,引起政府相关部门的高度关注。食品的安全问题是人民群众最切身、最关心、最现实的利益问题,是关系国计民生的一件大事。因此,政府相关部门出台了一系列相关的法律、法规,加强食品安全管理,保障公众最基本的利益。此份翻译实践报告以笔者所参与的一次食品安全相关的行政法律条文的英译为基础,以德国功能翻译理论为指导,探究行政法律文本汉译英的可行性。此份翻译实践报告一共有四个部分:第一章为翻译项目简介,主要介绍该项目的来源、内容及意义;第二章为翻译项目过程,主要内容为翻译计划制定、背景材料查阅、术语表制定,翻译理论的选择,译后审校,译者自我审校,校外导师审校、委托方评价;第三章为案例分析,主要对行政法律文本的文体、句式、词汇三方面进行了详细分析;第四章为总结,译者回顾整个翻译过程,归纳总结如何成为一名优秀的行政法律翻译者。
[Abstract]:In recent years, food safety problems occur frequently, which has attracted the attention of relevant government departments. Food safety is the most immediate, the most concerned, the most realistic interests of the people, is a major issue related to the national economy and people's livelihood. Therefore, relevant government departments issued a series of relevant laws and regulations to strengthen food safety management and protect the most basic interests of the public. This translation practice report is based on an English translation of food safety related administrative legal provisions and guided by German functional translation theory to explore the feasibility of Chinese-English translation of administrative law texts. This translation practice report consists of four parts: the first chapter is a brief introduction to the translation project, which mainly introduces the source, content and significance of the project, the second chapter is the process of the translation project, the main content is the making of the translation plan, and the reference of the background material. Glossary formulation, translation theory selection, post-translation reviser, translator self-revision, out-of-school tutor reviser, client evaluation. Chapter three is case study, which mainly analyzes the style, sentence structure and vocabulary of the administrative law text. Chapter four is a summary. The translator reviews the whole translation process and summarizes how to become an excellent administrative law translator.
