应用型本科院校大学英语“双师型”教师自驱式发展路径探究

【摘要】：本文以提升应用型本科院校大学英语教师"双师型"素质为出发点,从内驱式发展视角分析与论述大学英语教师双素质能力的个体构建路径,以期帮助教师实现个体自我成长。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the quality of college English teachers in applied colleges and universities, this paper analyzes and discusses the individual construction path of college English teachers' dual quality ability from the perspective of internal development, in order to help teachers realize their individual self-growth.
