茶学英语教学与应用型本科转型结合研究

【摘要】：随着我国经济发展发生的深刻变化,目前对应用型本科教学的人才培养提出了新的要求,提出人才培养要与地方产业发展相适应,茶文化作为我国的优秀传统文化之一,其丰富的内涵提供了大量的教学素材,茶学英语能够帮助我国茶文化登上世界文化的舞台,同其他文化进行互相交流,本文拟从茶学英语教学的不足出发,分析应用型本科的基本要求,并将两者结合起来,以期达到培养出应用型、创新性人才的目标。
[Abstract]:With the profound changes in the economic development of our country, new requirements have been put forward for the cultivation of applied undergraduate teaching talents, and the cultivation of talents should be adapted to the development of local industries. Tea culture is one of the outstanding traditional cultures in our country. Its rich connotation provides a lot of teaching materials. Tea learning English can help our tea culture to step onto the stage of world culture and communicate with other cultures. This paper intends to start from the deficiency of tea learning English teaching. This paper analyzes the basic requirements of applied undergraduate course and combines them in order to achieve the goal of cultivating applied and innovative talents.
