《数字时代的创意写作》第八章汉译项目报告

【摘要】:创意写作于20世纪30年代起源于爱荷华大学,创意写作课在美国本科、硕士和博士阶段均是必修课程。美国关于创意写作的书籍很多。然而,国内创意写作教材寥寥无几,而且只是略微涉及数字化在创意写作中的运用。《数字时代的创意写作》是江苏凤凰教育出版社引进的第一本以数字化时代为大背景的创意写作教材,共计15章。翻译该教材对提高学生的创意写作技能,推动中国创意写作教学的发展具有积极的意义。本项目报告基于第八章的翻译实践进行讨论,该章讲述了如何使用数字工具进行创意实践。本报告分析了在翻译过程中遇到的词汇、句法、语篇层面问题。笔者尝试以目的论为理论框架,从三种翻译层面探讨翻译方法,包括词汇层面,句法层面和语篇层面,翻译方法包括一词多义的选择、转换词性、增译、减译、调整语序以及篇章衔接与连贯。希望本报告能在创意写作的翻译领域为他人提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Creative writing originated at the University of Iowa in the 1930s. There are a lot of books about creative writing in America. However, there are very few textbooks for creative writing in China. "Creative Writing in the Digital Age" is the first creative writing textbook introduced by Jiangsu Phoenix Education Publishing House, with a total of 15 chapters. The translation of the textbook has positive significance for improving students' creative writing skills and promoting the development of creative writing teaching in China. This project report is based on the translation practice in Chapter 8, which describes how to use digital tools for creative practice. The present report analyses the lexical, syntactic and textual problems encountered in the process of translation. Taking Skopos Theory as the theoretical framework, the author attempts to explore translation methods from three translation levels, including lexical, syntactic and textual levels. Translation methods include the choice of polysemy, the conversion of part of speech, the addition of translation, and the reduction of translation. Adjust word order and text cohesion and coherence. It is hoped that this report can be used for reference in the field of translation of creative writing.
