从中西茶文化差异谈高校英语的文化教育策略

【摘要】：近年来,在我国与欧美国家各方面来往日益密切的时代背景下,我国高校英语教学也迎合社会需求有了很大发展。其中很重要的一个变化就是在讲授学生听、说、读、写的基础上,融入了更多关于英语国家的文化教学。这不仅能让学生对英语国家的社会、文化、政治、历史有更深入的了解,同时对他们将来的工作实践也大有裨益。而茶文化作为连接中国与英语国家文化的"纽带",因为东西方不同的文化背景导致这两者呈现出迥然不同的特征。本文从中西方茶文化的差异入手,对高校英语教学的文化教育作用及其发展思路试论一二。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the background of the close contact between our country and the European and American countries, English teaching in colleges and universities in our country has also developed greatly to meet the needs of the society. One of the most important changes is the inclusion of more cultural instruction in English-speaking countries on the basis of teaching students listening, speaking, reading and writing. This will not only give students a better understanding of the society, culture, politics and history of English-speaking countries, but also benefit their future work practices. Tea culture is the link between Chinese culture and English-speaking culture because of the different cultural backgrounds between East and West. Starting with the differences of tea culture between China and the West, this paper tries to discuss the cultural and educational functions of English teaching in colleges and universities and its development ideas.
