英语类专业师生导学制的理论依托与实践要素

【摘要】：近年来,英语类专业教学中出现了学生学习主体意识淡薄、被动学习倾向明显、自主学习能力薄弱等问题,师生导学是应对这些问题的有益尝试。师生导学制以任课教师为导师,以学业导生辅导为帮促方式,依托自主学习理论、双主体理论和多元智能理论,以导师与导生的选聘原则、师生导学的责任划分以及师生导学的制度建设为实践要素,在英语类专业人才培养中发挥着独特的作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, there have been some problems in the teaching of English majors, such as the weak consciousness of students' learning subject, the obvious tendency of passive learning and the weak ability of autonomous learning, and so on. The guidance of teachers and students is a useful attempt to deal with these problems. The teacher-student guidance system is based on the theory of independent learning, the theory of dual subjects and the theory of multiple intelligences, and the principle of selecting and appointing teachers and students. The division of the responsibility of teacher-student guidance and the system construction of teacher-student guidance play a unique role in the cultivation of English majors.
