英汉特殊疑问句移位对比分析

【摘要】：20世纪90年代以来,特殊疑问句在句法研究中受到广泛的关注,从跨语言视角对特殊疑问句进行的研究取得了不少新的成果。学者们对特殊疑问句的研究涉及量词和疑问短语的辖域关系、在原位的特殊疑问词和逻辑式移位的关系、特殊疑问词的功能特征和对多项特殊疑问句研究等等。其中,关于特殊疑问中特殊词移位还是留在原位的问题,目前语言学界基本认同移位观点,只是对各类型语言移位发生的层和移位对象看法不一:移位可发生在语音层,也可发生在语义层;移位对象可以是特殊疑问词本身,也可以是特殊疑问词中包含的隐形疑问算子。总之,涉及特殊疑问句的研究正在一步步走向深入,呈现出多元化的发展趋势。本文在最简方案的理论框架下,运用特征核查理论,对英汉特殊问句基本结构和移位情况进行对比,试图说明英汉特殊问句都是经过移位而成。英汉特殊问句移位表面上虽有差异,英语是显性结构移位,汉语是隐性语义移位,但仍拥有许多相同之处。两种移位的动因都与特征核查,以及语音和语义的实现有关。对英汉两种语言进行对比分析,不仅有助于我们学习普遍语法,还有助于我们研究不同语言间语序的差异。从而在翻译、二语习得,以及相互交流等方面都将有很深的影响。搞清楚疑问移位在不同语言中如何实现的问题,对我们以后的语言研究非常重要。一种语言的语序不仅和句法结构描写有关,同时还与该种语言的表达、理解和特性紧密关联。对不同语言的语序进行对比分析,将非常有助于我们进一步研究语言的共性和个性。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s, special interrogative sentences have received extensive attention in syntactic research, and many new achievements have been made in the research of special interrogative sentences from a cross-linguistic perspective. Scholars' research on special interrogative sentences involves the relationship between quantifiers and interrogative phrases, the relationship between special interrogative words in situ and logical shift, the functional characteristics of special interrogative words and the study of multiple special interrogative sentences, and so on. Among them, on the question of whether special words shift or remain in place in special questions, the linguists basically agree with the shift view at present, but they have different views on the layers and objects of displacement of different types of language: shift can occur in phonological level. It can also occur at the semantic level; The shift object can be a special interrogative word itself or an implicit interrogative operator contained in a special interrogative word. In a word, the research about special questions is going deep step by step, showing a diversified development trend. Based on the theoretical framework of the simplest scheme and the theory of feature verification, this paper compares the basic structure and displacement of English and Chinese special question sentences, and tries to explain that both English and Chinese special question sentences are formed by shifting. Although there are some differences in English and Chinese special question shift, English is a dominant structure shift, Chinese is a implicit semantic shift, but there are still many similarities. The drivers of both shifts are related to feature verification and the implementation of speech and semantics. A contrastive analysis of English and Chinese not only helps us to study the general grammar, but also helps us to study the differences in word order between different languages. Therefore, translation, second language acquisition, and mutual communication will have a profound impact. It is very important for us to find out how to realize doubt shift in different languages. The word order of a language is not only related to the description of syntactic structure, but also closely related to the expression, understanding and characteristics of the language. A contrastive analysis of word order in different languages will be helpful to further study the commonness and individuality of different languages.
