太原市中职学校英语教学评价的调查研究

【摘要】:《中职英语教学大纲》和《中职英语课程标准》中对中职学校的英语教学评价有详细的说明,但在中职学校的英语教学中却不能很好的实现,对英语教学也缺乏必要的推动作用。本文通过了解太原市5所中职学校的英语教学评价现状,发现其中的问题,然后从教育管理学的角度阐释了怎样将英语教学评价理念在教学工作中很好地运用,实现教学评价在英语教学中的真正价值。本文选取了太原市的5所中职学校,并对这5所学校的教师及学生进行问卷和访谈调查,从课堂教学评价、课后作业与活动评价、考试评价这三个方面深入探讨了太原市中职学校英语教学评价的现状,分析表明太原市中职学校英语教学评价有以下问题:重他评轻自评,忽视了教学评价的主体;缺反馈少激励,影响了教学评价的作用;重形式轻内容,削弱了教学评价的效果。在此基础上又分析了原因:传统评价的影响;师生认知的影响;学校决策的影响。最后提出了以下的改进策略:自评与他评并用,凸显教学评价的主体;激励与反馈并举,发挥教学评价的作用;形式与内容并重,强化教学评价的效果。本论文的目的是为中职学校英语教学评价的实施提供办法,实现教师和学生的发展。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of English teaching in secondary vocational schools is explained in detail in the syllabus of English teaching in secondary vocational schools and in English curriculum standards in vocational schools, but it is not well realized in English teaching in secondary vocational schools. Also lacks the necessary promotion function to the English teaching. Through understanding the present situation of English teaching evaluation in 5 secondary vocational schools in Taiyuan, this paper finds out the problems, and then explains how to apply the English teaching evaluation concept to the teaching work from the perspective of educational management. To realize the real value of teaching evaluation in English teaching. In this paper, five secondary vocational schools in Taiyuan City are selected, and the teachers and students of these five schools are investigated with questionnaires and interviews, from classroom teaching evaluation, after-school homework and activity evaluation. The present situation of English teaching evaluation in secondary vocational schools in Taiyuan is discussed in detail. The analysis shows that the evaluation of English teaching in secondary vocational schools in Taiyuan has the following problems: attaching importance to other evaluation and neglecting the main body of teaching evaluation; The lack of feedback and less incentive affects the function of teaching evaluation, and the emphasis on form and content weakens the effect of teaching evaluation. On the basis of this, the author analyzes the reasons: the influence of traditional evaluation, the influence of teachers and students' cognition, and the influence of school decision. Finally, this paper puts forward the following improving strategies: combining self-evaluation with other evaluation to highlight the main body of teaching evaluation; combining encouragement and feedback to give play to the role of teaching evaluation; emphasizing both form and content, and strengthening the effect of teaching evaluation. The purpose of this thesis is to provide methods for the implementation of English teaching evaluation in secondary vocational schools and to realize the development of teachers and students.
