【摘要】：本文是基于《你是鸵鸟还是美洲驼》一书第四章的翻译报告。该翻译报告项目原文为信息类文本,主要介绍酒店的运营和人力资源管理,笔者结合具体的实例,力图为读者更加清晰地解释相关方面的知识。本篇翻译报告是基于目的论三原则,通过采用直译和意译的翻译策略以及转换、倒置和分割等翻译技巧,结合翻译实例对翻译过程中出现的重点和难点问题进行分析并加以说明,以期实现并提高商务信息类文本在翻译过程中的准确性和交际性。本篇报告共五部分内容:引言、项目介绍、文本描述、案例分析和实践总结。笔者通过结合翻译实例对目的论三原则,即目的性原则、连贯性原则与忠实性原则进行分析,综合运用具体翻译技巧,以期加深对原文的理解,提高译文的质量。并希望以此对商务信息类文本的翻译实践及研究带来些许帮助。
[Abstract]:This article is based on the translation of chapter 4 of "are you an ostrich or an alpaca"? The translated report is originally an information text, which mainly introduces the hotel operation and human resource management. The author tries to explain the related knowledge more clearly for the reader with concrete examples. This translation report is based on the three principles of Skopos Theory, through the use of literal and free translation strategies as well as translation techniques such as conversion, inversion and segmentation. In order to realize and improve the accuracy and communication of business information texts in the process of translation, this paper analyzes and explains the key and difficult problems in the process of translation with examples. This report consists of five parts: introduction, project introduction, text description, case analysis and practice summary. The author analyzes the three principles of Skopos Theory, namely Skopos principle, coherence principle and Fidelity principle, and makes comprehensive use of specific translation techniques in order to deepen the understanding of the source text and improve the quality of the translation. It is hoped that this will be of some help to the translation practice and research of business information texts.
