《联合国系统内资源调动功能分析》（第一和第二章节）翻译实践报告

【摘要】：论文是一篇联合国文件的翻译实践报告。文件名为《联合国体系中资源调动功能分析》,联合国秘书长潘基文在该文件中分析了联合国内部的资源调动功能并确定了具体实践方法,在最后提出了五点建议并给出实践中获取的经验教训。文件是规范的联合国文献,根据这一性质,笔者选取了哈罗德·布鲁姆于诗学提出的“影响的焦虑”作为翻译理论,证明翻译是一个自我肯定和不断否定并进行再塑的过程,在这一过程中,翻译主体具有翻译诗学中“前贤”和“后继”的双重性质。本翻译项目分四章节,第一章节介绍了项目背景和意义;第二章节研究翻译原文和翻译理论;第三章研究了翻译困难和解决方法;最后一章总结了翻译经验教训和未来研究方向。笔者希望翻译译文能够帮助中方相关学者,企业和政府官员更好的审视资源调动功能,并指导其为实现资源合理配置提供一些有益的启发和方案,同时希望翻译项目所进行的理论研究能为相关实践提供一些思路和素材。
[Abstract]:The paper is a practical report on the translation of UN documents. The document entitled "an Analysis of the function of Resource Mobilization in the United Nations system", in which Ban Ki-moon, Secretary-General of the United Nations, analysed the resource mobilization function within the United Nations and identified specific practical approaches, In the end, five suggestions are put forward and the experiences and lessons gained in practice are given. According to this nature, the author chooses Harold Bloom's "anxiety of influence" as translation theory, which proves that translation is a process of self-affirmation and continuous negation and remolding. In this process, the subject of translation has the dual nature of "former sages" and "successors" in translation poetics. This translation project is divided into four chapters, the first chapter introduces the background and significance of the project, the second chapter studies the source text and translation theory, the third chapter studies the translation difficulties and solutions. The last chapter summarizes the translation lessons and future research directions. The author hopes that the translated translation can help Chinese scholars, enterprises and government officials to better examine the function of resource mobilization and guide them to provide some useful inspiration and solutions for the rational allocation of resources. At the same time, it is hoped that the theoretical research carried out by the translation project can provide some ideas and materials for the relevant practice.
