《大数据时代的社会学：司法社会学的兴起》的汉译及翻译实践报告

【摘要】：本文由《大数据时代的社会学:司法社会学的兴起》的原文、译文及翻译实践报告三个部分构成。源语文本研究了大数据的出现给社会学带来的影响和可能发生的理论变革,并提出了在大数据时代下可能出现的一种新的社会学研究范式——司法社会学。译文为国内大数据研究者和社会学研究者,提供了一份国外的最新研究成果,也为社会学研究提供了新的思考方向。而此次翻译实践不仅提高了译者的翻译技能,也加深了译者对相关翻译理论的认识。翻译实践报告介绍了源语文本的来源和作者背景,指出源语文本属于信息型文本,其语言表达上的主要特点是术语和长难句多,同时也存在使用第一人称代词这样的不规范表达。报告列举了大量实例,从词层对等、句层对等和文体对等三个方面分析了奈达的“功能对等”理论对本次翻译实践的指导,具体说明了译者的翻译思路。最后总结了此次翻译实践的心得体会。
[Abstract]:This paper consists of three parts: sociology in big data's time: the rise of Judicial Sociology, the original text, the translation and the translation practice report. This paper studies the influence of big data's emergence on sociology and the possible theoretical changes, and puts forward a new sociological research paradigm, judicial sociology, which may appear in the age of big data. The translation provides a new research result for big data and sociology researchers in China, and also a new thinking direction for sociology research. This translation practice not only improves the translator's translation skills, but also deepens the translator's understanding of relevant translation theories. The translation practice report introduces the source language text and the background of the author, and points out that the source language text belongs to the informative text, and its main characteristics in language expression are the number of terms and long and difficult sentences. At the same time, there is also the use of first-person pronouns such as such irregular expressions. The report enumerates a large number of examples, analyzes Nida's "functional equivalence" theory in terms of lexical equivalence, sentence equivalence and stylistic equivalence, and illustrates the translator's translation ideas. Finally, the author summarizes the experience of this translation practice.
