《会议口译纵览》（第七章节选）翻译实践报告

【摘要】：本文是一篇翻译报告,翻译项目的内容节选自《会议口译纵览》第七章。该书是一本全方位介绍会议口译的学术专著,涵盖了口译的方方面面,如口译的基本介绍、参加口译学习的要求、交传及同传的训练方法、提高语言技能的方式、实际口译中的处理策略、口译职业素质等。本书的作者是两位资深的口译员,一位是罗宾·塞顿,另一位是杜蕴德。本报告以翻译目的论为指导,重点阐述了当原文包含大量长难句,在翻译时使用拆分法、增词法、以及词类转换法能使译文更加简洁清楚。本报告分为四个部分,第一部分为引言,主要介绍本翻译项目的背景、目的、意义以及报告的整体结构;第二部分介绍本报告的理论指导翻译目的论,以及对原文体裁类型、语言特征、主要内容的分析;第三部分是报告的主体部分,举例说明了在翻译目的论的指导下,这三种翻译技巧是怎样被运用来使译文更加简洁清楚;第四部分总结了本翻译项目,阐明了从此次翻译实践中得到的经验教训并提出了仍待解决的问题。
[Abstract]:This paper is a translation report. The contents of the translation project are excerpted from Chapter 7 of "Overview of Conference interpretation". The book is an academic monograph on conference interpretation, covering all aspects of interpretation, such as the basic introduction of interpretation, the requirements for participation in interpretation learning, training methods for consecutive Interpreting and simultaneous interpretation, and ways to improve language skills. The processing strategies in practical interpretation, the professional quality of interpretation and so on. The author of this book is two experienced interpreters, one Robin Seton and the other du Yunde. Guided by Skopos Theory, this report focuses on the fact that when the original text contains a large number of difficult sentences, the use of division, augmentation, and part-of-speech methods in translation can make the translation more concise and clear. This report is divided into four parts. The first part is an introduction, which mainly introduces the background, purpose, significance and overall structure of the translation project. The second part introduces the theoretical guidance of Skopos Theory, as well as the analysis of the genre, linguistic characteristics and main contents of the original text. The third part is the main part of the report, illustrating how these three translation techniques are used to make the translation more concise and clear under the guidance of Skopos Theory. The fourth part summarizes the translation project, clarifies the experience and lessons learned from the translation practice, and puts forward the problems that remain to be solved.
