压缩策略下的医学会议英汉同声传译技巧研究

随着人们对健康的关注,国内对医学相关的会议和对外交流越来越多,医学会议口译需求量大,但对医学会议口译的研究却不足,国内对医学会议同声传译的策略研究较少。本论文选取布鲁斯金学会医学研讨会为材料进行模拟同声传译,并就转写材料进行分析旨在解决医学会议同声传译的难点。医学会议专业术语多、讲话人语速快、语言冗余多,给译员带来一定挑战。为了保证准确完整地传达信息,译员需要使用简洁准确的语言以节省更多时间。作者回顾了医学会议同声传译的特点,以契尔诺夫压缩策略为指导,从音节、词汇、句法、语义以及情景五个方面阐释医学会议口译中压缩策略的应用,结合大量的实例充分论证该策略的有效性。实践证明,压缩策略不仅可以有效节约翻译时间,还能提高口译质量。
