第八届中国（四川）—南亚经贸合作圆桌会议口译实践报告

　　作者受中国传意国际有限公司翻译部委托,于2017年9月12日至20日为第八届中国（四川）—南亚经贸合作圆桌会议提供翻译服务。翻译任务主要为陪同翻译和交替翻译。本文以丹尼尔·吉尔（Daniel Gile）的“精力分配模式”（the Effort Models）为指导,分析口译项目中的难点。作者将“精力”按口译的实际情况加以分配,并研讨出相关的应对策略。首先,报告详述该口译项目的背景、基本情况和客户要求。其次,作者从缩略语、口音特点、科技术语、口译理论等方面做了译前准备。再次,报告将实践案例分为中译英以及英译中两大类,详细分析“精力分配模式”下口译实践的难点,并提出应对策略。最后,译者根据中外方评价进行自我评估。根据吉尔“精力分配模式”的公式可知:口译中所需的精力总量,应小于或等于译员大脑所提供的精力总量才能使口译的产出更流畅。因汉译英与英译汉的差异,译员在口译过程中“精力”分配有不同。通过分析该口译实践报告,笔者认为:无论中译英或英译中,译员充分理解源语是基础;协调好“精力分配模式”的各个阶段（听辨与理解、记忆、笔记、产出等）是关键;意译、简略和省译等是应对策略;有效分配“精力”、减少“...
