翻译目的论指导下的《澳大利亚外交外贸部2016-2017年度工作报告》（节选第1—35页）英汉翻译实践报告

　　为加深对澳大利亚文化的了解,服务对澳政策与外交研究,译者选择《澳大利亚外交外贸部2016——2017年度工作报告》（下文简称“the ARADFAT for2016-17”）作为该翻译实践的内容。该翻译实践报告基于此撰写完成,包括四章:翻译任务概述、翻译过程描述、翻译案例分析和翻译实践总结,呈现了译者分析文本特征,以翻译目的论为指导进行翻译实践的过程。译者将达成译文的专业性、准确性、流畅性,可读性作为目标,对年度报告中的术语、一词多义、介词短语、非谓语动词结构,定语从句以及英汉表达差异性方面的翻译困难进行了重点研究,通过案例,论述了运用文献法、转换法、增译法、省译法、包孕法和明确指代等翻译方法解决翻译困难的过程。在目的原则、连贯原则和忠诚原则的指导下,译者协调了译文与原文本和读者之间的关系,将原文本的目的与读者的期待在译文中最大限度地进行了统一,达成了既定的翻译目标,积累了翻译经验,为其他译者翻译类似文本提供了有益的借鉴。
