高中生英语语用能力现状的调查研究

随着经济全球化步伐的加快和信息技术的不断提升,英语作为一门语言起着越来越重要的作用。人们学习英语的目的也有所改变,开始从重视语言知识的学习逐渐转向对语言运用的学习。Thomas(1983)把语用能力定义为有效的使用语言以达到某种目的的能力和理解在具体情境中如何使用语言的能力。近年来许多关于语用能力的研究大量涌现。然而,大部分研究都集中在对语用能力是否可教、语用教学方法和语用失误方面,且研究对象大部分为大学生,而对高中生英语语用能力现状的研究相对较少。因此,本文旨在探究当今高中生英语语用能力的现状,找出当今高中生英语语用学习中出现语用失误的原因,并且有针对性的提出关于语用教学的建议,以期改善课堂语用教学的现状,帮助学生提高英语语用能力。本文选取了天津市第21中学的177名高二学生进行了英语语用现状的调查研究。学生首先要完成由冉永平(2006年)在《实用主义:现象与分析》中设计的英语语用能力测试问卷,然后随机抽取10名学生进行访谈。通过定量和定性分析来探究高中生英语用语能力的现状以及存在的语用失误,找出影响高中生语用能力发展的因素,最后提出相应的提高英语语用能力的教学建议。本文的研究结果有...
