《抗癌岁月》（节选）英汉翻译实践报告

　　本次翻译实践源文本选自《抗癌岁月》一书中的序言、第八章以及第十五章。该书为自传体文本,由美国著名电视节目网主持人斯图尔特·斯科特所著。所选文本大约一万三千个字,主要传达了作者对待癌症的无畏精神以及对女儿深刻的爱。源文本语言平白口语化,且长难句不多。如何翻译文中出现的众多体坛人名、体育专业术语以及在翻译中如何把握好源文本语言风格是本次翻译实践的主要难点。本报告主要以纽马克的语义翻译和交际翻译理论为指导,探索了翻译自传体文本所采用的翻译方法及策略。报告共由五章组成。第一章主要介绍了任务背景、目的、意义,传记文本特点及其相关研究以及整个报告的框架结构。第二章是对翻译过程的描述。第三章介绍了本研究的理论依据。对纽马克的语义翻译及交际翻译理论的概念以及它们之间的区别和联系进行了阐释,从而为翻译报告提供理论支持。第四章为本次报告的主要内容。结合自传性文本的真实性和文学性双重特点,通过案例分析,展示语义翻译和交际翻译理论在指导自传性文本翻译方面的适用性和有效性。第五章是对翻译报告的总结,包括此次翻译实践的一些不足之处以及笔者在翻译传记文学过程中体悟的些许建议。笔者希望本实践报告的分析总结对其他传记文...
