初中新手英语教师教师信念的个案研究

  20世纪80年代以后,随着认知领域研究的深入发展以及对教育教学工作复杂性认识的不断增加,西方发达国家对教师的研究已经从教师的行为研究转向对其思维和决策过程的研究,教师信念则是转向过程中颇受关注的主题之一。2014年9月,习近平总书记在同北京师范大学师生代表座谈时的讲话中指出:好老师没有统一的模式,可以各有千秋,各显身手,但有一些共同的必不可少的特质,第一点就是要有理想信念。由此可见,教师信念日益成为教育领域关注的焦点,是教师教育研究中的一个重要研究领域。笔者发现在已有的研究中,多数将研究对象聚焦于高校教师,而对基础教育教师信念的研究还比较笼统,对特定发展阶段的教师信念研究则更少。因此本研究以初中新手英语教师为研究对象,通过调查初中新手英语教师的教师信念现状,进一步了解新手英语教师在信念建构或转变过程中所遇到的问题,为促进新手教师的教学教育培养和个人专业成长提供一些实质性的建议。本研究采用个案研究的研究方法,以两位初中初任英语教师为研究对象,运用深入访谈、参与式观察和文本分析的方法,从英语学科信念、英语教学信念、师生角色观信念以及教师专业化发展信念四个方面深入了解初中初任英语教师信念的变...
