优秀大学英语教师课堂活动的有效性研究

大学英语教学旨在培养学生的英语应用能力,使其在日常生活和未来工作中能够有效地使用英语。课堂活动,作为教学的中心环节,对于教学目标的实现和学生语言能力的提升具有重要意义。本研究以优秀大学英语教师课堂活动为对象,具体探讨了以下三个问题:1)优秀大学英语教师课堂活动在促进教学目标实现方面的有效性如何?2)优秀大学英语教师课堂活动过程与方法的有效性如何?3)优秀大学英语教师课堂活动在激发学生的参与度与积极性方面有效性如何?研究选取了第五、第六和第七届“外教社杯”全国高校外语教学大赛19名获奖教师的课堂教学视频,对其课堂话语进行观察和转写并以活动理论和有效性理论为指导,从教学目标、教学过程与方法以及学生参与度三个方面收集数据,结合有效性标准研究及优秀教师课堂教学的具体情况制定出课堂活动有效性评价标准,分为三个方面,每个方面包含:不合格、一般、良好、优秀四个等级。进而运用数据分析以及思辨等方法对优秀大学英语教师课堂活动的有效性进行分析。研究发现:1)在促进教学目标实现方面:几乎所有教师都设置了较为合理的教学目标,课堂活动的开展促进了教学目标的实现且超过百分之八十的教师都完全实现了教学目标。该结果符...
