教育公平视角下高中英语课堂提问研究

课堂提问是教师最常使用的教学手段,教师提问的质量也直接影响着课堂教学的质量。而课堂提问的公平性也正是教育公平问题在课堂教学中的微观体现。笔者在之前的支教和实习经历中曾发现,有些教师在与学生的互动中存在着一些不公平的问题,而这些做法对学生产生了负面影响。这也引起了笔者的关注,一直想要探索不公平现象是否依然存在。伴随着新时代的到来,新课标的颁布以及全新教材的使用,新的挑战也已经到来,教育公平问题也迫切需要关注。因此,笔者深入到高中课堂,对教师在课堂提问的公平性进行研究,通过文献查阅,采用课堂观察法、问卷法以及访谈法对以下问题进行深入探讨:(1)教师在课堂提问中是否存在对学生的不公平对待?如果有,都有哪些表现?(2)其背后的原因有哪些?(3)从教育公平的角度看学生对教师提问的看法是怎样的?本研究在济南一所高级中学展开,以94名学生和5名英语教师为研究对象。通过三个月的研究,笔者对两个班级的英语课进行了持续的课堂观察。同时向学生分发了两次调查问卷,第一次问卷是在课堂观察之初,通过艾森克人格调查问卷,对学生的性格进行分类。第二次问卷是有关课堂提问的公平性问题,以此来了解学生内心的真实想法。最后,...
