基于CCM模型的《坎特伯雷故事集》中法语借词的社会认知研究

　　英语是一种历史悠久的世界语言,经历了漫长的演变过程,它的发展大致可以分为四个阶段:“古英语”（449-1066）、“中世纪英语”（1066-1489）、“早期现代英语”（1489-1801）和“现代英语”（1801至今）。其中,以杰弗里·乔叟（1328-1400）的出生为界,中世纪英语又分为早期中世纪英语和晚期中世纪英语。公元1066年诺曼人征服英国,其后的二百多年,英语发生了巨大变化。乔叟作为英国中世纪时期的代表性作家,是第一位使用英语创作的宫廷作家,其作品对现代英语的形成有着巨大贡献,其中,《坎特伯雷故事集》更堪称文学体裁的瑰宝。在同时代的主要英国文学家中,乔叟受外来影响无疑最为广泛。乔叟在他的作品中运用了大量的外来词,其中,法语外来词居首。中世纪时期,英法交流频繁,一些法语词汇逐渐进入英语,故而英语中含有大量的法语“特征”,这些特征被成功地“英化”。从英国文学发展史的角度来看,乔叟最具有“英国性”,被尊为“英国诗歌之父”。他是伟大的翻译家,高尚的诗人,其作品文笔清晰,语言准确,不仅为不懂法语的人开辟了一个文学大花园,更为英国带来了光明。因此,他所使用的英语词汇,必然对中世纪时期英...
