随着“一带一路”国家战略的实施并快速推进,规模庞大的国际建筑工程市场吸引了越来越多的国内企业积极参与。海外市场虽然拥有非常多的机遇,但同时也存在着诸多挑战。工作语言的不同就是首先遇到的挑战之一,而建筑英语文本又具有专业程度较高、术语较多且内部逻辑强的特点,所以各企业对于建筑英语文本汉译文本的准确性和易读性有着较高的要求。而且因为“目的”不同,不同企业对同一份建筑英语文本有着不同的要求,甚至同一家企业在同一个工程项目的不同阶段对同一份建筑英语文本也有着不同的需求。本文是作者根据客户委托书,在“翻译目的论”的指导下,对一国内企业承接的一中东建筑工程的英语文本进行汉译实践的基础上所做的实践报告。根据客户要求,整个翻译项目分为两个阶段:第一阶段仅针对该工程的期限、工程量、主要用材、主要施工工艺等关键信息进行选择性翻译,以满足客户用于判断是否承接工程的需求,时效性要求高;第二阶段则是在客户承接了工程后,对该工程的所有相关资料进行了翻译,以满足完成整个工程的需求,准确性、易读性要求高。本文节选了具有代表性的“施工规范”中的三个章节,在翻译目的论的指导下,从翻译准备工作、翻译过程、译后回顾三个环节及...
