新手型与经验型初中英语教师学科教学知识的差异研究

随着基础教育课程改革的推进与对外语教师专业发展的日益重视,初中英语教师面临着更多的要求和挑战。而舒尔曼提出的学科教学知识是教师专业素养的重要组成部分。因此,有必要对教师的学科教学知识水平进行研究。然而,针对新手型与经验型初中英语教师的学科教学知识差异的研究相对较少。本研究以教师知识理论、建构主义为理论基础,以问卷调查法、课堂观察法和访谈法为研究手段,以广西南宁市区初中英语教师为研究对象,基于科克伦等人提出的动态学科教学知识发展模式对该对象的学科教学知识现状进行调查,找出新手型与经验型初中英语教师在这方面知识上的差异,并提出相应的建议。本研究主要围绕以下两个问题进行研究:(1)新手型与经验型初中英语教师的学科教学知识总体现状如何?(2)新手型与经验型初中英语教师的学科教学知识水平是否存在差异?存在哪些差异?原因是什么?研究发现:首先,初中英语教师的学科教学知识总体上掌握良好。其中,关于英语学科内容的知识掌握得最好;关于学生的知识和英语教学法的知识掌握良好;关于教学情境的知识掌握得最差。其次,新手型初中英语教师的英语学科内容知识、英语教学法知识和学生知识与经验型初中英语教师相比具有显著的差...
