以本地化行业需求为导向的翻译能力研究

近年来,随着经济全球化的不断深入,全球贸易市场的不断规范,本地化行业发展迅速,人才需求扩大。作为本地化工程中不可或缺的流程,本地化翻译的重要性日益突出。然而,国内的翻译行业升级换代过程非常缓慢,为翻译行业提供技术服务的公司数量尚未饱和。与之配套的本地化翻译人才培养体系也并不成熟,使得为本地化行业提供翻译服务的人才缺口较大,因此对本地化翻译能力的培养重要性亦不言而喻。在此背景下,本研究从行业需求的角度出发,以翻译社会学为理论依据,基于本地化工程要素,按照本地化行业的翻译招聘需求,阐述本地化行业最新动态和发展趋势。本研究试图探究以下问题:1)根据本地化行业需求,本地化翻译的特点是什么?2)本地化行业对雇佣的翻译人员的要求是什么?3)如何提升翻译人才培养模式以更好地适应当前本地化行业的需求?为解决以上问题,本研究以本地化行业为切入点,对基于行业需求的翻译能力进行研究。首先,通过梳理已有研究成果和适用理论框架,指出作为一种实证研究方法,本地化翻译研究为译学研究提供了新的研究范式。其次,选取主流招聘网站寻求本地化翻译服务的公司,对其本地化翻译职位招聘需求进行研究,并将其与PACTE小组提出的翻译...
