　　英语商务合同作为传递信息与洽谈业务的载体,其地位举足轻重,其翻译质量对商务交易具有重要影响。而在大量的商务合同中,贷款合同的比重日益上升,但目前专门针对贷款合同的翻译研究相对较少。因此,贷款合同翻译研究具有重要意义。而作为系统功能语言学的重要内容之一,语域理论被广泛应用到翻译研究领域,即通过对语域三要素的分析,再现原文的语域特征。本报告选取两份贷款合同作为翻译材料,探讨了韩礼德语域理论下英语贷款合同的翻译。在报告中,笔者通过对该材料语言特征和文体特征的分析,指出该材料语法结构严密,法律专业术语和合同词汇多;句型多呈长难句、被动句、定语从句和含有情态结构的句子;语篇上逻辑性强,正式程度高。在翻译过程中,笔者将韩礼德的语域理论与翻译实践相结合,探讨了语场、语旨、语式对等下该文本的翻译,并采用词性转换、增添、合译、转译和拆分等多种翻译技巧,以期正确把握语域的概念意义、人际意义和语篇意义在翻译中的传达,确保英语贷款合同汉译的准确性和规范性。本报告研究发现,语域理论在英语贷款合同汉译中具有适用性。为达到提高合同翻译质量的目的,译者应在翻译过程中尽可能追求语域对等,从而最大程度再现原文语域特征。笔...
