英国地方政府合作主题口译实践报告

作为一所与国际社会保持频繁紧密学术交流的高等教育机构,华中师范大学中国农村研究院每年都会开展中农·社科讲坛,邀请国内外专家学者分享各自学科领域内的最新发现或研究成果。2019年9月11日,中农院邀请英国牛津大学布拉瓦尼克政府学院研究院Ruth Dixon博士举行了题为《英国地方政府合作:共享行政管理和税收服务的评价》的学术讲座,笔者在现场提供了讲座的英中交替传译,以及讲座后的观众提问环节交替传译,并在会后对录音转写为文本,以此语料作为撰写实践报告的基础。本报告对现场录音、转写文本和笔记进行对比,寻找口译中的缺陷,试图用吉尔的认知负荷模型对口译的不足从听辨、记忆和笔记三个方面做出解释。同时选择口译中的可取之处,以吉尔提出的应对策略为基础,总结了五点可行的建议,分别是调整信息顺序、释义代替直译、增添信息、保留原文发音、省略。本报告分为四个部分。第一章为翻译任务介绍,介绍翻译活动和发言人的背景。第二章为翻译过程描述,将翻译任务分为译前、译中和译后三个环节,描述了译前准备的过程和具体手段,包括事前联系,搜集相关材料,准备词汇以及演练,口译过程,以及译后的寻求反馈和录音撰写过程。第三章案例分析为...
