“大益青年茶庭数字系统搭建项目”口译报告

　　本文为口译实践报告,内容选自大益青年茶亭管理系统搭建项目口译。此项目以大益基金会慈善服务为目的,借助SAP专家团队,旨在双方共同努力下搭建数据系统、实现茶亭数字化管理。本人在本次项目中担任译员,此次项目分为明确项目目标、寻找解决方案、描绘系统蓝图和成果交付四个过程。本次口译实践中,是以塞莱斯科维奇、勒代雷为主要代表的释意理论为依据。在该理论的指导下,针对本次口译实践中的内容及遇到的问题,作者主要利用概括、省略、音译加补充、重组、显化以及意译为翻译策略,解决口译过程中的难点以保证口译的顺利进行及项目目标的达成。报告分为五章:第一章主要包括源语文本及译文;第二章为口译任务描述,介绍了口译任务的来源、任务的要求以及期待的成果;第三章讲述口译过程,它涉及译前准备、译员选择、翻译计划、应急计划,口译任务执行以及译后分析;第四章为案例分析,讲述了理论依据、口译中存在的问题及应对的翻译策略;报告最后一章总结了作者在本次口译任务中学习到的内容以及未处理的问题,并且思考了此次任务对后期学习和工作的启发。
